🔒 Refund & Return Policy — Saforlock

At Saforlock, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

1. General Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • The request must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • defective,

  • damaged during shipping, or

  • different from what you ordered,

please contact our customer service team at contact@hellosafor.com within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on your preference, we will offer:

or
💰 A full refund

In these cases, Saforlock will cover all return and shipping costs.

3. Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@hellosafor.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days, if approved

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products purchased during final sale or promotional discounts

  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable products

5. Cancellation & Consumer Rights (U.S.)

Unlike the European Union, U.S. law does not generally require a mandatory withdrawal period.
However, Saforlock voluntarily offers a 60-day return window to ensure a risk-free shopping experience.

Some states may provide additional consumer protections. This policy does not override any rights you may have under applicable state law.
